Learning and Development

We offer several courses to support your learning and development as a qualified Social Worker, Senior Practitioner or Team Manager. You will have access to our Social Care Courses Guide via our intranet page once you commence with ECC, which also includes details of our induction programmes, qualifications, integrated working programmes and management development programmes.

Post-Qualifying Training

To ensure continuous professional development, we offer the following post- qualifying courses, once you have completed your probationary period.
