As a Senior Team Manager you’ll ensure that our front line social workers have the high quality leadership and resources they need to do their jobs and provide the best quality of life for children across Essex.
Working with Team Managers, you’ll help to develop policy and strategy, manage team budgets, lead decision making meetings and ensure quality and performance management standards are met.
With experience of operational planning and service delivery in children’s services, you’ll help ensure that our social workers can focus on helping children across Essex. That means you’ll need to be a GSCC registered social worker with a DIPSW or relevant degree and a PQ childcare award or equivalent experience. You will have management experience at team manager level.
