Since 2009 we have had a real focus on ensuring that improvements were made and embedded across our everyday practice. At the end of 2011 these improvements were recognised and endorsed by Ofsted.

It’s an incredibly positive way to start 2012 but it’s only the beginning of our mission. We’ve made huge strides but still have much to do to achieve all of our goals. That means we’re more committed than ever to continual improvement. It also means that we listen to our people and value their input. So, as we continue to build on this significant step forward in transforming our service, you could have a big part to play by joining us.
