£35,000 – £45,000 (with potential to earn up to £53,000)

If our new, more personalised approach to adult social care is to succeed, we need our senior managers to embrace and champion it. You'll be one of them. A key aspect of your role will be to work closely with our service providers (whether private, voluntary or independent) to ensure our performance meets and exceeds the expectations of the people we're caring for. You'll manage budgets and motivate and develop staff. You'll also oversee the successful integration of policy development; performance and resources to ensure our service users (and their carers) have access to a more tailored system of support.
With strong leadership skills and expertise working in social care, you'll have a background of multi-disciplinary and partnership working. Change management experience in a large, complex public or private sector organisation will also need to be part of your repertoire.
