Self Directed Support Practitioner
(Social Worker/OT)

£22,001 - £28,353 (plus market supplement of up to £4,850) and benefits
(Final Year Undergraduates up to £24,402 plus market supplement)

We want our users to have access to the support that's most relevant to them. You'll get out and about in the community to make sure they get it. Visiting people from all walks of life, you'll help them self assess their needs, and then identify the most appropriate services available to them. You'll be the one users turn to for advice. To make sure you have all the answers, we'll provide you with a strong support team. With their backing, you’ll ensure each and every one of your users has the support they need to live as independently as possible.

A relevant qualification in social work or occupational therapy is required. If you're passionate about helping others, are IT literate and have the ability to work across a designated community area with suitable access to transport; we could provide the environment you need to make a difference.
