Self-Directed Support Senior Practitioner

£32,500 - £37,000 (with potential to earn up to £42,000)
Plus benefits

As a member of the management team, you'll have a leading role to play in championing our new personalised support approach. You'll motivate and inspire our practitioners to deliver adult social care best practice. You'll also engage with our service users to better understand and support their needs. Then, armed with that knowledge, you'll work with our service providers (whether from the private, voluntary or independent sector) to ensure users (and their carers) have access to a more tailored system of support.

To help us give people the choice and flexibility that will provide them with a better quality of life, you'll need a relevant qualification in social work or occupational therapy. Experience of managing complex caseloads in an adult social care setting will also be essential.
