Your role is to champion the values of Self Directed Support. You will provide professional leadership and support to a team of qualified and unqualified staff while engaging with partners to deliver personalised services.
Practitioner
You will be at the frontline of making Self Directed Support a success. As a qualified Social Worker or Occupational Therapist, you’ll use your skills to work in partnership with service users in identify the support they require to achieve their life goals.
Facilitator
Your role will involve building relationships with service users, supporting colleagues and liaising with other teams. Every day will offer different experiences as you work to make Self Directed Support a reality for our customers
Business Administrator
Your role will be to provide the essential support required so the teams can successfully deliver Self Directed Support. You will undertake a wide range of administrative functions for the team and provide and promote a customer-focussed service.
